Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations

The Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations (OTPR) developed within Sacred Wagon Group to focus on prevention, preparedness, and long-term resilience. While Sacred Wagon Strategies manages crisis response, intelligence, and continuity during disruption, OTPR works earlier in the process by helping organizations identify risks, reduce vulnerabilities, and strengthen readiness. OTPR operates as an advisory and planning emphasizing ethical coordination, education, and structured preparedness rather than enforcement. Its core programs include Anti-Human Trafficking initiatives, Crisis & Threat Resilience planning, Protective Systems & Training, and Ethical Coordination Networks. Together, OTPR and Sacred Wagon align under one mission: strengthening stability by preparing for risk before it becomes a crisis and ensuring continuity through disciplined, ethical systems.

Strategic Response Group

Strategic Response Group (SRG) is a specialized mission-support structure within Sacred Wagon’s Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations (OTPR). SRG operates through six Strategic Response Detachments (SRDs), each with a distinct personality and supporting capability. Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie serve as the primary mission-focused detachments, while Delta, Echo, and Foxtrot provide supporting capabilities that reinforce their skillsets and missions. SRD personnel are multidisciplinary specialists drawn from SRG career fields and may be assigned or attached to specific Sacred Wagon programs, clients, or operational requirements based on their expertise. This flexible structure allows SRG to provide intelligence support, risk assessment, planning, coordination, situational awareness, and continuity while maintaining a focus on preparedness, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
