Sacred Wagon is a Private Intelligence Group focused on Training, Acquisitions, and Consulting while specializing in resilience, risk management, and mission support. We exist to help individuals and organizations understand threats, prepare for disruption, preserve continuity, and protect critical assets. Our work includes education on domestic and foreign terrorism, intelligence gathering, risk assessment, contingency planning, and crisis preparedness. We believe informed citizens and capable organizations are better positioned to recognize threats, make sound decisions, and contribute to the security and resilience of their communities. We emphasize civic responsibility alongside the understanding of individual defense rights and lawful protective measures. Who is Kamau Rankin?
Kameron “Kamau” Rankin is a Creole entrepreneur from Fort Deposit, Alabama, and the founder of Sacred Wagon Group. His work brings together preparedness, strategic thinking, personal discipline, and a belief that protecting people begins with understanding the world they live in. Shaped by his experiences in Alabama, St. Louis, Missouri, and military service, Rankin has developed a perspective grounded in both capability and responsibility. His lifelong involvement in sports, combat sports, and the study of the human mind reflects a broader interest in how people respond under pressure; and what it means to have the ability to act when circumstances demand it. His path has not been without difficult chapters. Rankin has spoken about a period of his life shaped by the streets of St. Louis, a past he looks back on with regret. Those experiences are part of his story, but they do not define the direction of his work today. Instead, they inform his belief that discipline, preparation, and personal accountability matter; and that people should have the knowledge and means to make better choices for themselves and those around them. Through Sacred Wagon, Rankin works to put these principles into practice, helping organizations prepare for and manage crises while supporting individuals and communities through civic defense, preparedness, and resilience initiatives, including OTPR, Project Blackfin, and SRDs. His aim is not simply to prepare for what might go wrong, but to help people become better informed, more capable, and ready to face what comes next.

Sacred Wagon was founded by Kamau Rankin in 2023 under the original name Hatchet Bearer Solutions. The mission began with the idea “I will bear the hatchet and guide you through the dark,” and evolved into a broader commitment: “We will walk with you and build despite adversity, through chaos, danger, and turmoil.” The organization is rooted in a leadership philosophy centered on stewardship, accountability, discipline, and long-term responsibility. That philosophy is expressed through three connected pillars. Sacred Ethics provides the moral foundation, focusing on human dignity and responsibility under pressure. Sacrata turns those principles into a clear code of conduct. Leadership applies them in practice to guide decisions and maintain stability. Together, they form a unified system built on principle, structure, and execution—focused on preparation, responsibility, and long-term continuity.
Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations
The Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations (OTPR) was developed within Sacred Wagon LLC to focus on prevention, preparedness, and long-term resilience. While Sacred Wagon Strategies manages crisis response, intelligence, and continuity during disruption, OTPR works earlier in the process by helping organizations identify risks, reduce vulnerabilities, and strengthen readiness. OTPR operates as an advisory and planning emphasizing ethical coordination, education, and structured preparedness rather than enforcement. Its core programs include Anti-Human Trafficking initiatives, Crisis & Threat Resilience planning, Protective Systems & Training, and Ethical Coordination Networks. Together, OTPR and Sacred Wagon align under one mission: strengthening stability by preparing for risk before it becomes a crisis and ensuring continuity through disciplined, ethical systems.
Strategic Response Group
Strategic Response Group (SRG) is a specialized intelligence support unit within Sacred Wagon’s OTPR. It focuses on situational awareness, risk interpretation, and structured response coordination during emerging or active crises. Each SRG operates as a small, multidisciplinary team of 6–8 specialists, providing rapid analysis and operational insight to support informed decision-making under pressure. SRG functions as a low-visibility support structure, reinforcing Sacred Wagon’s broader mission of intelligence-led preparedness, stability, and continuity.
