The Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations (OTPR) developed within Sacred Wagon Group to focus on prevention, preparedness, and long-term resilience. While Sacred Wagon Strategies manages crisis response, intelligence, and continuity during disruption, OTPR works earlier in the process by helping organizations identify risks, reduce vulnerabilities, and strengthen readiness. OTPR operates as an advisory and planning emphasizing ethical coordination, education, and structured preparedness rather than enforcement. Its core programs include Anti-Human Trafficking initiatives, Crisis & Threat Resilience planning, Protective Systems & Training, and Ethical Coordination Networks. Together, OTPR and Sacred Wagon align under one mission: strengthening stability by preparing for risk before it becomes a crisis and ensuring continuity through disciplined, ethical systems.
Strategic Response Group (SRG) is a specialized mission-support structure within Sacred Wagon’s Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations (OTPR). SRG operates through six Strategic Response Detachments (SRDs), each with a distinct personality and supporting capability. Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie serve as the primary mission-focused detachments, while Delta, Echo, and Foxtrot provide supporting capabilities that reinforce their skillsets and missions. SRD personnel are multidisciplinary specialists drawn from SRG career fields and may be assigned or attached to specific Sacred Wagon programs, clients, or operational requirements based on their expertise. This flexible structure allows SRG to provide intelligence support, risk assessment, planning, coordination, situational awareness, and continuity while maintaining a focus on preparedness, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
Strategic Response Group (SRG) & Office of Threat Prevention & Regulations (OTPR) operate together as a mission-support structure within Sacred Wagon Group. OTPR provides the threat prevention, intelligence, assessment, and strategic planning, while SRG organizes and deploys personnel through Strategic Response Detachments (SRDs) to support programs, clients, and operational requirements. SRDs provide the flexibility to assemble personnel around specific skillsets, missions, and client needs, allowing SRG to scale its support as conditions change. Together, OTPR and SRG create a continuous cycle of assessment, preparedness, response, and improvement—strengthening organizational resilience and enabling proactive, informed solutions to complex security, safety, and community challenges.
“There are things in this world that should never be bought, sold, owned, or forgotten.
Children are not commodities. Human beings are not property.
The Sacrata Company stands against those who prey upon the innocent,
exploit the vulnerable, and turn human life into a marketplace.
We believe protection is more than a word. it is a responsibility.
We do not seek violence. But we will not worship peace when peace
becomes permission for evil to continue. There are moments when the only language
understood by those who violate human dignity is resistance.”

Code Bastion does not replace law enforcement, the courts, emergency services, or other lawful institutions. Its purpose is to help civilians become better prepared to protect themselves, understand their rights, recognize threats, and respond responsibly.
Code Bastion maintains an Information Reporting Protocol for individuals who encounter information concerning potential threats, suspicious activity, exploitation, trafficking, violence, or other circumstances that may place people or communities at risk.
How It Works
1. Observe
Pay attention to relevant details. Do not place yourself or others in unnecessary danger to obtain information.
2. Document
Record what you know as accurately as possible, including dates, locations, descriptions, communications, or other relevant details. Separate what you personally observed from assumptions or hearsay.
3. Report
Submit the information through the appropriate Code Bastion reporting channel. Reports should be factual, specific, and made in good faith.
4. Review
Information is reviewed to determine its relevance, credibility, urgency, and appropriate next steps.
5. Refer
When a matter falls under the jurisdiction of law enforcement, emergency services, child protection, or another appropriate authority, it may be directed to those authorities. Code Bastion does not replace emergency services or law enforcement.
6. Protect
Do not confront suspected offenders, conduct unauthorized investigations, or attempt to take matters into your own hands. The objective is to preserve safety, document responsibly, and ensure information reaches the people or institutions capable of acting on it.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency authority first.
Information is most useful when it is accurate, timely, and responsibly reported.
